The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged.
To be eligible for a full refund or credit, new, unused products must be clean and free of pet hair. If the product has been tried on and contains dog hair, all dog hair must be removed from the product before returning it to us.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Please begin by completing the return request form on this page (below).
Free return shipping for everyone. Please use our provided return shipping label, delivered to you via email within 24 hours after your return request has been received. Drop your return into any US Postal Service box, including your home mailbox.
I LIKE MY GEAR BUT WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. WHAT DO I DO?
We like to keep things simple! If you want to exchange for something of equal value, we can simply send you a free return shipping label to return your order. Upon receipt, we will ship out your exchange.
Wanna switch up your order entirely? No problem. Our exchanges of different values are processed as new orders. Begin by following the return process for your order. Then place a new order for the size/color you need. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and simply refund your original order in full upon receipt of your exchange.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, we inspect your item(s) and then initiate a refund. Your return will be completed within 1 business day. Credits may take up to an additional five business days to post to your account.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Please note: refunds do not include shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
